Our store is hosted on Woocommerce, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You understand that your information (excluding credit card details) may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to meet technical requirements. Credit card details are always encrypted during transfer.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We use trusted third-party courier services (including The Courier Guy) to deliver your orders.
Please note:

Our standard processing and delivery timeframe is 8–10 working days, as all products are made to order for optimal freshness and shelf life.

If labels or private label services are requested, this may extend production time.

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and courier availability.

If your area is designated a “red zone” by couriers, collection from a designated point may be required.

Shipping fees exclude insurance. Please contact us prior to dispatch if you would like your order insured.

While we do our best to assist, we are not responsible for courier delays, damages, or loss once parcels have been shipped.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All Eunoia products are handmade in small batches, and each item is individually prepared with care.
This artisanal process means slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur between batches — these natural differences are normal and do not affect product quality.
Products and packaging are subject to availability and may vary without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.
We use a preservative system with a supplier-specified shelf life of 24 months once incorporated into the product. However, we recommend use within 12 months of purchase to ensure peak freshness and performance.
SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of skincare and personal-use items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have left our facility.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can review and assist.
SECTION 6 – PRODUCT USE, SAFETY & MANUFACTURING STANDARDS
Our formulations are created using high-quality ingredients designed to support skin health and wellness. However, even natural and organic ingredients can cause sensitivity in some individuals.
We recommend performing a patch test before use, and discontinuing immediately if irritation occurs.
Eunoia Skincare Wholesalers is not a laboratory, nor do we claim to be.
We are a small-batch skincare manufacturer operating under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-style standards — including the use of gloves, masks, sanitised surfaces, and appropriate laboratory-grade equipment to ensure hygiene and consistency.
While we maintain strict production hygiene and follow professional handling procedures, we do not operate as or represent a certified laboratory or testing facility.
We do not provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs), microbiological testing reports, or laboratory certifications. Clients who require such documentation are encouraged to arrange independent third-party testing.
When reselling or rebranding Eunoia products, clients assume full responsibility for labeling, regulatory compliance, product testing, and any marketing claims made under their brand.
All products are made fresh to order to ensure extended shelf life and optimal quality.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
