What do we do and what products do we offer?

Eunoia is an online skincare wholesaler based in South Africa, which manufactures, packages and formulates a wide range of skincare products in bulk for spas,existing skincare brands and those wanting to start a new skincare brand. Clients can choose from our existing product range or create their own product line through customisation.

What is the order process?

We have launched this site to allow for a simple ordering process, clients can simply add to cart and check out using our safe and verified payment gateways. 

Additionally, clients are welcome to contact us directly to place orders, discuss label designs or customisation.

Can we order samples before ordering in bulk?

Absolutely! Go to the shop menu and packaged items, each product allows clients to select 1 unit for sampling.

Please note on customisation, we do have a MOQ on samples, which would be 500ml.

Do we offer branding/labeling?

Yes! We offer custom branding which allows clients to receive products already labelled and ready to sell.

Do you offer customisation services to suit a clients requirements?

Do we offer skin bleaching/ skin lightening products ? Would we formulate these on request?

Simply No.

Further Elaborated:

No, we do not offer any whitening/ lightening products and we will NEVER formulate these. They are toxic and support horrible beauty standards.

 

What are the expected delivery times?

Our delivery timelines are 8 - 10 working days once an order has been paid for. We manufacture to order as opposed to sending our clients old stock/ stock that has been in storage for a few months. Please also take into account that load shedding and stock shortages do happen and this delivery timeline would give us ample time to make alternative plans.
