How private label skincare works with Eunoia
Starting a skincare brand in South Africa shouldn't mean guessing your way through manufacturing. Here is exactly how a wholesale private label order runs, from first conversation to delivered stock.

Choose your formulas
Start from our existing range of facial products and bulk body products, or brief us on something entirely your own. Every formula is vegan, cruelty-free and made in South Africa.

Customise and brand it
Select your fragrance, packaging type and size. Our in-house design team can then build your labels and packaging artwork — an optional add-on service, quoted separately from your product order.

We manufacture to order
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Each wholesale batch is manufactured to order once your specification is confirmed, so your customers receive fresh product with a full shelf life ahead of it.

Delivered to your door
Manufacturing lead time is typically 8–12 working days from confirmation, after which your order is couriered anywhere in South Africa. We keep you updated throughout production.

Wholesale and private label skincare FAQs
Do you offer private label and white label skincare?
Yes. Eunoia manufactures both private label and white label skincare for South African brands. You can put your own branding on our existing formulas, or we can develop a formula exclusively for you. Label and packaging design can also be handled in house as an add-on service, so you do not need a separate design agency.
Can I customise the formula, fragrance and packaging?
Completely. You can customise formulas to your requirements, choose from a wide range of fragrances or go unscented, and select bulk tubs for scale or individually packaged glass and plastic sized to your range.
What is your lead time on a wholesale order?
Manufacturing lead time is typically 8 to 12 working days from the point your order and specification are confirmed. Because every batch is made to order, that window covers production, filling, labelling and quality checks. Courier transit time is additional and depends on your delivery address.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 kg for bulk formulas, or 10 units for individually packaged products. Those minimums are deliberately low, so you can launch a range or test a new product without committing to large volumes up front.
Do you design and print labels, and is that included?
We do design labels and packaging in house, and we can arrange printing for you. It is an additional service rather than part of the product price, and it is quoted separately depending on your artwork, materials and quantities. Send us your brief and we will put a quote together.
Are your skincare products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every Eunoia formula is vegan and cruelty-free. We also do not formulate skin-whitening products — our brightening range is designed for radiance and even tone.
Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes. Wholesale orders are couriered nationwide across South Africa, including main centres and outlying areas, with tracking provided once your batch ships.
