Our Vitamin C Face Serum is a wholesale, private-label-ready formulation built around Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate — a stable, gentle, water-soluble form of vitamin C that works at a skin-friendly pH of 6 to 6.5. That means no stinging, no tight, tingly application, and no rapid oxidation. Just consistent, daily-use brightening that skin actually enjoys. Ferulic Acid boosts the vitamin C’s antioxidant performance and extends its stability in the bottle — the same synergistic pairing behind the world’s most iconic vitamin C serums. Sodium Hyaluronate plumps and hydrates. Panthenol soothes. And Aloe Ferox — the South African native cousin of the more common aloe vera — grounds the formula in a distinctly local, distinctly ours botanical story.

Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Stable Vitamin C)
Our vitamin C hero. A gentle, water-soluble form of vitamin C that stays stable in the bottle and stays effective on the skin — unlike pure L-ascorbic acid, which oxidises quickly and needs a low, often irritating pH. Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate works at a skin-friendly pH, supports a brighter and more even-looking complexion, and helps protect the skin against environmental stressors.

Ferulic Acid
A potent plant-derived antioxidant that pairs with vitamin C to boost its performance and stability — the same synergistic pairing behind the world’s most iconic vitamin C serums. Helps neutralise free radicals and supports a more radiant, protected complexion.

Aloe Ferox Leaf Extract (Cape Aloe)
A proudly South African hero. Aloe Ferox — also known as Cape Aloe or Bitter Aloe — is native to the Western and Eastern Cape and has been used for generations for its soothing, hydrating and skin-conditioning properties. Adds calm and freshness to the serum, and grounds the formula in a distinctly South African botanical story.

Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid)
The salt form of hyaluronic acid — a moisture-binding powerhouse capable of holding many times its weight in water. Plumps and hydrates the skin for a smoother, more supple finish.

Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5)
Deeply soothing and conditioning. Softens any potential sensitivity from the actives, supports the skin barrier, and adds a plush, comfortable finish.

Glycerin — Plant-derived humectant. Draws moisture into the skin and helps it stay there.

Xanthan Gum — A natural, plant-derived thickener that gives the serum its silky, easy-to-apply texture.

Sodium Gluconate & Sodium Metabisulfite — The stability system. Sodium Gluconate is a plant-derived chelator that binds trace metal ions in the water; Sodium Metabisulfite is a gentle antioxidant. Together they protect the vitamin C from oxidation so the serum stays fresh and effective across its full shelf life.

Propylene Glycol — A cosmetic-grade solvent used to fully dissolve the Ferulic Acid so it distributes evenly through the formula. Also functions as a mild humectant.

Aqua (Water) — The base for the serum — carries all the water-soluble actives.

Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin — A modern, globally accepted preservative blend. Keeps the serum safe from microbial growth across its shelf life. Paraben-free and formaldehyde-free.

How to Use:

Apply 3–4 drops onto clean, dry skin after cleansing and before moisturiser. Press gently into the face, neck and décolletage. Use morning and evening. In the morning, always follow with SPF — vitamin C boosts the effectiveness of sunscreen and helps protect against environmental stressors. Do not layer with Salicylic Acid, Retinols or other exfoliating acids. Suitable for all skin types. For external use only. Patch test before first use.
